Red course at Fox Run. No big mistakes -- yay! I was the third-place female finisher behind Gøril (2nd) and her sister visiting from Norway (1st).

Today's assignment was to do 11.5 miles -- my last long run before the half-marathon on 7/27.

I decided to do laps at Davidson Mesa, so that I could access extra water in my car after every three miles.

I was glacially slow, as usual, but I didn't walk any of the 11.5 (unlike last weekend's debacle...). I walked the last ~quarter-mile as a cool-down.

It was warm, but there was an occasional breeze and some intermittent cloud cover.

I put on my CamelBak lumbar pack after the first two laps. It's not very big, but I think it affects my gait and pace when it's full / heavy. Hmmm.
