- Jogged one mile to warm up. Right after I left my house, one of my neighbors was out walking her dog and it had a what I think was a seizure. She was very distraught, and luckily a few other people who were walking or driving by stopped to help. I took the other dog back to her house, and someone else drove her to the vet... It was upsetting because she was so upset.

- 5K "time trial". I got through it, is the best I can say. 10:05, 10:58, 11:06. I need to figure out a better eating plan because I have zero energy for going beyond the bare minimum lately.

- Walked one mile home to cool down.

Located latest copy of RMOC's mapping committee review database (from 2013...?) in my "archives".

Exported tables to Excel.

Evaluated a few free online databases (Grubba, Airtable, Obvibase, Kohezion...). Decided on Airtable.

Loaded data into Airtable; need to figure out linking, etc.

MTB ride from home -- powerline trail, Coal Creek, Mayhoffer-Singletree, Cowdrey Draw, Community Ditch (Marshall Mesa) out to Hwy 93, and then back the same way. I thought the trail would be mobbed with other bikers & hikers, but it wasn't too bad. Pleasantly overcast, so not nearly as hot as yesterday.

My assignment was to do 4-5 miles at a comfortable pace.

I had planned to get up early to beat the heat, but that didn't happen (still not sleeping well). Then my breakfast (yogurt) felt like a brick in my stomach for longer than usual. So I finally got started at 12:30 pm. :-P

I stopped at the park bathroom at ~two miles to drink some water and pour some over my head; did the same on the way back.

Was able to do five miles, at a very slow pace -- mainly due to the heat, sore legs from previous workouts, and probably from not eating right lately -- and then I walked the rest.

I finally got around to another RMOC project I've let languish for way too long...: installing and configuring an online OCAD repository with version control, which Michael Rounds will administer.

- Uploaded & unzipped OpenDocMan files on rmoc.org server.
- Set up a login / password for Michael on the server control panel.
- Created a new database for OpenDocMan; created user accounts for application & Michael.
- Created a private app directory for OCAD files.
- Configured basic settings in application.
- Documented everything for Michael (CC Doug, Sverre & Galen).
- Located and organized 62 OCAD files (email archive, old repository...).
