- Updated the HTML code for our PayPal "button" for membership renewals; tested it.

- One new membership update.

- Discussed plans w/ Doug, Sverre & Galen, and then drafted JP to be RMOC's new mapping coordinator. :-)

- Followed up on some emails from CSOL coaches.

- Drafted final CSOL reminder to send out on Thursday.

- Drafted email, added images, and sent out jersey ordering details.

- Started on OE2010 files for Saturday's meet.

- Exported email addresses for Galen.

I *really* wanted to finish ahead of Sharon, but she got me by ~70 seconds. DAMMIT! ;-)

The AP splits graph shows that I was ahead of her until I spaced out and wasted time on what should have been a very easy control (#9, dry ditch in wide-open field). My tracks show a dumb / inefficient route choice to #18 -- I was definitely brain-dead and exhausted by that point. :-P

- Jogged one mile to warm up. Right after I left my house, one of my neighbors was out walking her dog and it had a what I think was a seizure. She was very distraught, and luckily a few other people who were walking or driving by stopped to help. I took the other dog back to her house, and someone else drove her to the vet... It was upsetting because she was so upset.

- 5K "time trial". I got through it, is the best I can say. 10:05, 10:58, 11:06. I need to figure out a better eating plan because I have zero energy for going beyond the bare minimum lately.

- Walked one mile home to cool down.
