At Davidson Mesa --

* Jogged a half-mile to warm up.

* 5K time trial. After the first mile, I grouped up with a couple of others at a pace that was faster than my usual lazy trudge. Splits were 10:06, 9:24, 9:03, 1:00, for a total of 29:33. Yay!

* Walked 0.7 back to the trail head to cool down.

Today's training plan assignment was "7 mile run, steady and sustainable" -- which I interpreted as "slow and easy". ;-)

I did laps at Davidson Mesa (3, 3, 1) so that I could stash water in my car, but I only stopped for water after the first lap.

The weather was perfect -- 60s and party cloudy -- and this actually felt pretty easy at my super-slow pace. "Ran" 7 and walked the rest.

I'm supposed to run seven miles tomorrow (according to my training plan), so I decided to take it easy today with a walk to / from the first day of the local farmer's market. It was sunny, 50s, and...the farmer's market was cancelled due to the snow two days ago. Oh well, at least I got in a nice walk.

Still super-annoyed about the Manitou o-meet cancellation.

FINALLY posted results for RMOC's four Ski & Snowshoe meets from Jan-Feb-Mar (it's hard to get excited to work on those when only ~10 people show up and I'm not one of them...).

Also, removed sticky tape residue from ~20 jersey size samples while watching TV. (I had taped on my own size labels since the printing inside the jerseys was barely readable...and the tape left behind much worse residue than I expected. Oops.) Packed samples for shipping back to vendor.
