Training plan assignment: "easy run, three miles max". I was supposed to do this yesterday, but it's difficult to get a run in before dark unless I'm working from home...

From home, east to the Daughenbaugh area, and then back the same way.

Cold but no wind -- pleasant once I got going.

Dinner tonight w/ college friends in town from Houston. I told them to keep an eye out for the painfully anatomically correct blue demon horse as they left DIA on the train to LoDo...

I did an out-and-back from Runners Roost, along Cherry Street. 9:42, 9:41, 9:35, walked the rest.

Excellent beer afterwards with the rest of the group: Epic Brewing's (Lil) Brainless Raspberries.
