Run / Hike 58:11 [3] 5.43 mi (10:43 / mi)
slept:7.0 weight:119.1lbs shoes: Brooks Adrenaline (2019)

Weekly Runners Roost group run -- which I did entirely by myself (by choice).

Sidewalks had some icy patches, but the Dutch Creek trail was snowy (in a good way -- still soft). Cold but no wind = a nice night.

Current work angst is affecting my appetite.

Sidewalks were snowy but not too slippery, and temps were pleasant (no wind).

- Ran one mile to warm up.

- Tyler Ave hill x 5 (not the loop, just the hill -- run up & recover down).

- Ran one mile to cool down.

Strength / Stretching 1:00:00 [3]

Vinyasa yoga class at the rec center.

Sunday Feb 2 #

Cycling 56:37 [3] 10.51 mi (5:23 / mi) +295ft 5:15 / mi

Monet exhibit in Denver with Mom (she's visiting for the weekend), and then a quick bike ride before it got dark. It was 70 degrees, sunny, and no wind -- with heavy snow and frigid temps predicted for the next two days -- so I *had* to get out for a while.

From home, up to Harper Lake for one loop, two loops around Davidson Mesa, another loop around Harper Lake, and then back home.
