slept:8.0 weight:122.3lbs shoes: Brooks Adrenaline (2020)

Run / walk tour of Superior, to see the new prairie dog sculptures.

I visited all ten locations, but three of the sculptures were missing (I found out later that installation just started yesterday, so maybe that's still in progress).

I thought this would be about eight miles, but it turned out to be almost 13 -- oof. Lots of walking.

I decided to get groceries at Whole Food (near the last sculpture) and then catch a Lyft home. But the Lyft estimate turned out to be $8, so I just walked.

I finally forced myself to break the inertia of sitting in front of my computer for days on end...at 9pm.

The temperature was pleasant and it's nice not wearing greasy sunscreen.

Bike ride. I didn't feel up for doing the whole Bismark loop (mainly due to the Coalton Hill...), so I did more-or-less an out & back to Hwy 93.

I took a sandy corner too fast on my way back and had a sudden, scraping wipeout (abrasions on knee, hip, elbow & shoulder...). Not too painful, though.
