slept:7.0 weight:120lbs shoes: Hoka Challenger (2019)

LoCO FIT breakfast run -- a smaller group than last week, probably because it was in the 20s this morning.

We started at Paul's Coffee & Tea, headed up the GHX hill, did one short loop at Davidson Mesa, and then went back the same way.

Unfortunately, I couldn't stick around for coffee afterwards -- had to get home for the Go Code Colorado kick-off Zoom call (networking! resumé fodder! etc.).

I'm going to count this as a "level 1" activity, since I was on my feet & walking around the whole time.

LoCO FIT group run.

I found out this morning that one of my friends in the group used to be the director of admissions for CU-Boulder's MBA program. Wow! (The Master's in Business Analytics program that I'm interested in is offered through CU-Denver's business school.)

She had a ton of great tips about the GMAT and the application process (what they looked for in candidates, what to include in reference letters), but she's way faster than me -- and I was really struggling to keep up. :-P I eventually told her I needed to slow down and I would catch up more later...

Out and back on the Coal Creek trail, starting at Community Park.

I was very surprised to wake up this morning to a 36-degree day with drizzling rain -- good for slowing down the new fires, I guess.

Dirty Bismark loop. It stopped raining early this morning, and the sun was actually coming out by the time I finished.
