Am I the only one reading the latest mapping discussion and wondering how the F I would ever interpret all that ridiculous minutiae on the run as a competitor?! Sheesh. (I do enjoy sprints, though.) :-P

Run / Hike 34:40 [3] 3.37 mi (10:17 / mi) +252ft 9:36 / mi
slept:8.0 shoes: Brooks Glycerin (2022)

I'm still not feeling 100%, but feeling OK. So I did an easy neighborhood run, and it didn't feel horrible -- I didn't cough much during or after. It probably helped that temps were 50-ish instead of 15.

Run / Hike 40:20 [3] 2.5 mi (16:08 / mi) +187ft 15:04 / mi
slept:10.0 shoes: Saucony Razor (Snow)

I felt extra crappy for all of Friday and Saturday. I slept for 11 hours Friday night and 10 hours last night. And, the PCR test was positive.

But I think I'm improving today (I haven't taken any of my OTC meds except for Flonase).

So I went on a brisk walk out in the brisk air. I wore a buff over my nose & mouth, since I'm sure the cold air would've aggravated my raspy cough.

Note

I thought my chills & body aches on Tuesday night & Wednesday were related to the Shingrix vaccine, and maybe they were, but I woke up today with the additional symptoms of a very painful throat, congestion, and a headache.

I had two different COVID home test kits that both showed positive results -- but they expired in March & June, so I'm not sure how reliable they are.

I went to the Boulder County free testing site for a PCR test and now I'm waiting for the results. But I assume COVID has finally caught up with me.

slept:7.0 weight:114lbs shoes: Brooks Glycerin (2022)

Neighborhood run at a slow pace -- I feel sore all over from yesterday's strength workout and also achy all over from yesterday's Shingrix shot.
