Ran a very hilly 5km.

Ran with the cross country squad this morning.

Started with a few drills and and warmups then transitioned into a track workout. We ran a 5x800m at 2:45 pace with a 200m jog in between sets. I felt strong during the run.

Running hills 50 [4] 5.5 mi (9 / mi) +200m 8 / mi

Met up with the cross country crew and joined them for a killer hill repeat workout.

Started with some warmups and a half mile jog out to the hills. Then ran 5 miles worth of hills at a 7:30 minute mile pace.

Running 28:00 [3] 4.0 mi (7:00 / mi)

Joined the cross country team for another workout this afternoon.

Ran 4 miles at 7:00 mile pace. Gunna be sore tomorrow.

Woke up early and jogged up a short mountain trail to catch the sunrise. Unfortunately the fog obscured the view, but it made for a very interesting environment.
