Worked out with the NJROTC PT team this morning.

Hit the weight room and did several chest and tricep lifts. Then did push ups, sit ups, and sprints. Feeling sore as heck.

Running intervals 28:00 [4] 4.0 mi (7:00 / mi)

Ran a one mile warm up with some drills. Then hit the track for a work out.

Ran 1600m in 5:17, jogged a 400m, ran 800m in 2:45, jogged a lap, ran 800m in 2:25, jogged 200m, ran 400m in 70, then finished with four 200m sprints under 33 seconds.

Morning workout with the NJROTC PT team.

50 sit ups, 30 pushups, 40 sit ups, 25 push ups, 30 sit ups, 20 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 push ups. 10 straight minutes of flutter kicks.

Then transitioned into pull ups and sprints.

Running 43:00 [3] 5.0 mi (8:36 / mi) +70m 8:14 / mi

Ran after school with the cross country team.

It was an easy practice that consisted of a hilly 5 mile jog.

Worked out with the physical fitness team this morning to begin to get my upper body and core in shape for the service academy fitness tests.
