Running hills 40:00 [3] 4.8 mi (8:20 / mi) +190m 7:25 / mi

Easy evening run to get loose for tomorrow's QOC meet and to enjoy the cool September air.

Ran 20 minutes out and 20 minutes back for a total of 4.8 miles. Very hilly especially on the way back so had to pick up the pace to meet my 20 minute time limit.

Morning workout with NJROTC.

Spend 20 minutes in the weight room focusing on bi's and back. Then transitioned to a series of core exercises, push ups, and sprints.

Running 48:00 [3] 6.3 mi (7:37 / mi) +110m 7:14 / mi

Back on the grind with the cross country team after a short break.

Ran 6.3 miles at sub 7:40 pace, partly on forest trail. Decent amount of incline during the middle stretch.
