What was originally intended to be a brisk tempo run ended abruptly after I ran into some barbed wire and sliced myself very badly.

Ran the first two miles at a 5:45 mile pace.

Ran with cross country team. They had a meet the next day, so they went easy.

Warm ups, then ran two miles. Ran the last mile in 5:20.

It was test day. I did 50 cadence push ups, and 74 cadence sit ups.
