Super solid race today at Prince William Forest Park in preparation for the Classics. Treating it as the real deal sharpened my focus and I was very happy with my orienteering. However, my fitness level was not up to par.
Run with cross country. They had districts the next day so it was short.

Early morning work out with the physical fitness team. Hit the weight room for 20 minutes then 70 sit-ups, 100 pushups, and 2 minutes non-stop planks and push ups.
