Things I did well:
- Constant contact with the map
- Put effort into taking precise bearings
The slippery conditions made for slower running. However, this allowed my shoes to conform to my feet. I reagitated my hip flexer racing on Wednesday, and it protested the entire course. Took a poor bearing out of 7 which made for a costly mistake. Picked up speed on the last 5 controls, and built a lot of confidence.
