Intercounties: 19th (21st). Legs were still a bit tired so started nice and steady on the track and first part of the hill. Started to pass people near the top and just managed to hold onto the pace along the ridge as legs were not feeling energetic. Caught up with Sam on the first decent and new I just had to struggle up the final climb and ridge to beat him. Got 3 people on the final descent. Happy with the result
