Swanston, Cape, bottom of Black over harbour and bells, Moss car park, back via WOL. Muddy.
1,2,3,4,5,4,3, 5mins at just above 6m/m on as recoveries.
Felt really lethargic to start with - maybe not enough sleep recently - but settled in and managed some good reps on the way back.
