absolutely dreadful night for reasons completely beyond my control. But this restored some strength - glorious morning and some tunes did a power of good.

Am never a fan of the float but this was a great sesh. Went out pretty conservatively and was in the middle of a group of 9(!), great to see such big numbers in one pack.
Felt great at the end of the first set and still felt decent in the second set, where the pace wound up a little. Pushed on for the third and had to actually hit the front on rep 13 - finished strong.
Kept all the floats at around 3:50-55s. A really good sesh to bank - brilliant to be part of a big group. Now just gonna cruise it into Saturday.
