Sol 2 Blue 4.4km 3rd

Awful prep having been up since 5.30 for helping, barely remembered I had to do a race. Slotted in at -3 so was not with it at all.
Race was OK. Lost main time to Louis in route choice so probs need some careful planning. Area was super tough with brutal climb
