BOF 3km TT at Meadows

Pretty decent- not nearly as fast as Scottish Schools but quite slippery and a few tight turns. Unintentionally dropped the pace for the second Km which cost me a bit but overall OK

3rd on Blue- but really second if you discount Murray Strain. +1.20 to Matt

Pretty good race. Lost bout 45secs on 7, just faffing around really in head high bracken. Wee bit wiggly after that, struggling to keep good bearings through grot. Had directional problems at 14 and 16 which was annoying and was distracted by the vegetation.
Was a nice race though to finish the racing season with- but orienteering in 2017 is defo not over

On the inter area front it seems East have had a significant boost in performance since certain 18s leaving........
