Meadows. Awful toilet issues. Anyone who says how to eat in order to avoid needing to go whilst running is an exact science is wrong. And I would know- I did Nat 5 Physics

All the WU/WDs from today. All with Macmillan. All a pleasure

Orienteering race 12:55 [3] 3.31 km (3:54 / km)

Glasgow Parks Men's Open Race 1 - 1st
Through the commie village which was fun if a bit slippy- some hesitations but nichts major

Orienteering race 12:47 [3] 3.25 km (3:56 / km)

GP Men's Open Race 2 - 1st
Round a slightly drier and hillier Tollcross. Bit of faffage at the start but all good and picked up the pace towards the end.
2 PM

Orienteering race 22:10 [3] 4.91 km (4:31 / km)

GP Men's Open Race 3 Chasing Start - 1st
Had a 2 minute advantage over Louis. Having ran 2km at #2, enjoyed the technical loops and seeing the next four on my course at various points around these butterfly loops.
Went pretty chill at the end cos there was no need to kill myself. Took a tidy win so a good fun day out overall!

Woke up, looked out the window and saw
a) complete darkness (which is normal)
b) driving rain
c) howling wind

So I didn't go for my normal morning run and instead went on the X trainer and watched Shrek 2
