My Garmin dislikes me and died so this is a rough estimate based off Louis' stats with some adding and minussing either way.

Meme of a warm up then 3 exercises round Stirling Old Town. Good on 1, scrappy on 2 then a lovely mass start on 3 with the boys with Molloy taking a naughty W cos Louis did weird stuff. Nice weekend

4 exercises round Stirling uni- nice wee bit of back and forth with the lads and some cheeky navigation too

Meaty raz from MES down past jk Rowlings house to the promenade. Felt good and really pleased with the pace- some of the headwind hills were a struggle but just kept going really. Only had 1 real stop for road crossings so all in all not a bad days work
