First combo exercise on Rusland beeches- brutal terrain but got into it nicely

Orienteering 35:18 [3] 2.63 km (13:25 / km)

Sooooo much climb/ this takes off quite a lot of time stood still on a windows exercise. Had a celebratory piss at the top to admire the view. David caught me for the corridor which was fun.

Dale Park BOF Training. Brutal window exercises- so hard, especially in the darker green areas. Was ok in the white forest tho. Not too cold

Orienteering 45:00 [3] 5.0 km (9:00 / km)

This was grim. Icy torrential rain = yum. Despite that was acc navving well through the corridor and line exercise, felt much faster and fluid than the morning, even if I was freezing my nuts off in the process.
