Meadows is back baby. Felt pretty rubbish tho.
Also, (rant incoming) genuinely starting to think that u should be allowed to shoulder barge people on their phones whilst walking, to give them a taste of their own medicine. Don’t know how many zombies I had to dodge today. Doesn’t just endanger other pedestrians and vehicles but themselves as well. Like put your phone away and wake up to the world around you. Anyway, rant over - have a great day

Decent race, some small hesitations but no real mistakes. Bit icy and ploddy, still enjoyed it tho.

No stopping this time which was better, trying to build in that buffer at all times. Seems I pulled a little sneaky on TLines #rude

FVO group run round Polmaise and Sauchie Crags. Beaut day and really nice snow cover as well, did that for like 8.5 then tagged on a 4.5k tempo at 3:45s just to get the blood flowing a wee bit round the town

Ints @ Inverleith Park
4,3,2,2,1.5,1,1,0.5 - with rest between each being jog for half time of previous rep.
Was fine but a bit icy so had to slow it down on tarmac and corners. Will defo do this again, top end speed does need to increase.
Also tomorrow is the return of the morning run - woop
