Mass start. Was leading till after #5 when I jumped a leg but quickly back on the pack and took the lead again at #7 and just about managed to evade the clutches of Louis, Megan and a rather cross dog

Combined runs including a blissful WD to Tesco’s to get some choccie milk- nothing beats it.

Scrappy mixed exercise on inshriach. Garmin messed up so this is an estimate

Much much better long legs exercise. Basically one monster leg that I spiked, just went a variation on straight picking the best features and lines- pleasing

Brutal downhill course from the top of Craigellachie. Very tough terrain but was basically clean apart from too high on one crag and a poor bearing in the forest at one point

Round to Carrbridge with the parents. Lots of little hills but nothing too taxing- very windy and had a sore bum from yesterday. Lunch was the bomb tho

Night O @ Kincraig/Moor of Alvie with Louis.
Not gonna lie was a highly enjoyable experience- spiked 15/16 controls and flowing well with good bearings. Saw lots of deer.

With Dad, who delayed us with a broken gear cable so we had to stop at the bike shop. Haven't been on the bike so did really enjoy it but was one of those days were you seemingly always have a headwind!

Didn't do full intervals cos I have 5 days of O coming up and fell ill after this time last year so being careful. Did 5x 30 sprint 30 jog on the canal.

Had the les mis soundtrack on- mad how I can remember most of it from doing it 6 years ago but I can't remember most of Nat 5 Physics. Valjean nailed the top C

Run round the seat and killing fields with Iain. Super windy round the top so went pretty slow, compounded by iain not being at his fittest for running, having stopped in summer

Up cockleroy north face. Nearly decked it going down the hill cos of ice, managed to rescue the slip but that didn’t stop me overshooting the gate and going headlong into a freezing marsh. Well done
