12 PM

Running 1:02:05 [3] 12.45 km (4:59 / km) +443m 4:14 / km
ahr:153 max:175

Hilly one up Lattrigg. Perfectly runnable path the whole way up then really enjoyed the gentle grassy descent down the spur- great fun! Along the forest slope was very undulating, but I got going once I accepted that the map was about as useful as Raheem Stirling for England.

To Parkrun with dad.

Running race 17:22 [3] 5.0 km (3:28 / km) +34m 3:21 / km
ahr:184 max:195

Keswick Parkrun- wanted to do this as a tempo. Off the start there was no one particularly flying so just front ran it the whole way. Great to have a downhill last km- was my fastest split. Took the W but was lovely to have so many people cheering me on on the way back :)

Running warm up/down 12:23 [3] 2.1 km (5:54 / km) +32m 5:29 / km
ahr:152 max:182

Walked back with dad then wee jog in the woods

Running 6:36 [3] 2.01 km (3:17 / km)
ahr:147 max:164

2k tempo along the canal- wanted to do 3:20s so this was good, felt pretty comfortable and steady. Big headwind on the way back tho

Running 9:46 [3] 1.36 km (7:12 / km)
ahr:157 max:180

Dropped down to the leisure centre to do 4x 200 on 2 mins.
Felt great on the first one, then 2 and 3 were rubbish. Made a resolve to finish well on 4 but then some stupid dog was cutting me up the whole way so that was kinda a write off. Oh well

Running 11:19 [3] 2.04 km (5:33 / km) +28m 5:12 / km
ahr:167 max:175

Home. Big last 7 days so rest tomorrow- off to Keswick!

Sprintervals round Dean Village in the horizontal sleet :)
Super technical so had to keep on my toes. Technique improved throughout, and there was a particularly interesting leg on the last interval that I might put up- naughty routechoice

Running 8:15 [3] 1.53 km (5:22 / km) +34m 4:50 / km
ahr:147 max:159

To station to miss my train by 15 secs and then having to wait for half an hour.

ahr:130 max:141

To home. Finally

Note

Gonna be doing some sprintervals planned by Grace around Dean Village (where Big Weekend was) tomorrow so if anyone wants the pdf files for the courses, or even wants to pitch up, then just hit me up- I'll be happy to send it to you.
12 PM

Running 58:12 [3] 11.4 km (5:06 / km) +225m 4:39 / km
ahr:151 max:171

Beecraigs Cockleroy Witches Craig route.
Was hailing at the start. Also very sad to see more felling on the nice wee wood next to Cockleroy- all looks very barren and alien to me grrr.
Apart from that all good, felt decent on the climbs
