Sunday Aug 4 #

Note
(injured)

Doing a tiny bit of unaided round the house which if done in moderation doesn’t hurt. Off to France for a week tomorrow (yay) so will get full swing on the bike after that. Will see what happens out there but a week off won’t do me any harm

Saturday Aug 3 #

Note
(injured)

Home today - bit more pain but nothing major

Friday Aug 2 #

Note
(injured) (sick) (rest day)

In terms of my ankle there’s been a lot of progress- swelling down and joeys magical foot massages doing loads. However basically since the FVO gathering I’ve just felt rubbish spending most of my time in bed or in the bathroom- not fun. I think this is to do with the drugs I’m taking but either way it’s not great.
Oh baby a triple (think this is kinda justified)

RIP Molloy
Yep. Can’t be bothered to tell the full story so here’s the abridged version

Set off, doing good, jumped wall, went over ankle, swore (a lot), got saved by czechs, bailed, went to A+E, waited, watched love island, waited, had X-ray, not broken, torn ligaments, got a boot and crutches, went home.

What a day. Thanks to grace for being my PA, Brian Yates, the camera guys and others in the forest who were absolute champs - much appreciated!
