Big Weekend Arthur’s Seat mass start
Took a naughty W to #1 then caned it with Davros and Nathan round to #5. Lost a bit of time to Nathan on the phi loop but got ahead of david then faffed a bit on #15 which was a rather disgusting crag. Descended like a complete granny as usual so got caught by Julien here.
We were together round the next loop but made a wee mistake so were caught by the pesky davina at #24. Grinded back onto whinny hill and even caught a glimpse of Nathan about 200m ahead. Was alright through these controls but again lost seconds the downhill so david caught me again and Julien got a bit ahead.
Was pretty creamcrackered for the last few so came in for a fourth finisher which should be bumped to third. A very fast and enjoyable race so cheers to the lads for that. Felt like I was pushing really well and moving quick for most of it which shows the fitness is there :)

Big Weekend Urban - Morningside.
Managed to not struggle too badly to find #1 on the map then was all good through basically all of it except a faff at #18 and missing the new control location at #20.
Had a pretty short (30 sec) stop at the road crossing then was fine through the sprint on Pollok. Nice to get 3rd. Lots of time to plan ahead so was basically just about executing controls.

Pretty much all good with one or two scraps and poor route choices. Biggest time loss was knocking off my battery pack which took 30 secs to put back on - yikes. Good fun.
