SLR round Coton and down to Haslingfield. Lovely morning and just found the level and stuck with it. Not much to report to be honest, just spent most of the time wondering how terrible a lot of runners are at judging how many clothes they need for their run. If it's over 7 degrees (provided it's good weather and calm) then it's shorts and t-shirt. End of.

4x(600,400,200) 2 mins rest between reps and 4 between sets.
In a group of about 8. Set off and was insta-dropped because people just went for it on the first 6, classic. Didn't panic and just stuck to my pace and actually got faster throughout.
Nearly had a crash on the 3rd 200 when the lad directly in front of me just decided to stop moving and pull up 50 metres in - nice one.
Apart from that all good and was actually front running by the end which was nice.

Really pleased with this today. Was pretty conservative on the first lap cos I thought we were doing a mile and then just tried to hold the pace for the 90s. Found my way into a front pack of 5 and tried to sit behind Angus et al for most of them, which worked well.
Was still hanging in there before the final lap and was gassed with that - averaged 2:56s which felt tough but not silly.
Overall a great sesh - do enjoy being pushed out of the comfort zone like that and the big group makes it even sweeter
