SLR out to Comberton with Luke and James. Absolute belter of a day - even better than yesterday.
Great to go along some new tracks/paths although did get a bit savaged by nettles at one point thanks to some interesting route choice, my legs are still tingling.
No biggie though, great chat and a really pleasant pace, just ticking along nicely.
Now we’re just chilling into the races next weekend. Gonna do some O on Tuesday but that’ll be it for any real ‘quick’ stuff this week. Onwards

Hareys track sesh (on a Friday?!?!?!)
Dunno why there was a change of schedule but hey ho here we are.
Sesh was 1200,400,1000,400,800,400,400,400 - I literally cannot be bothered to explain the rest times between each - see James' log if you really care.

Was very pleased with this sesh. Knocked out 3:39 for the 1200, then 2:55 for the 1000 and 2:16 for the 8 so a nice progression there. Working well with Ewan just switching up the lead. 400s were all pretty decent as in no blow outs. Dropped a 61 for the last one which was fun.

Serious summer vibes on the track tho - roasty toasty and taps aff all round

Doing this 'with' Jeremy and Harry - they were doing ludicrous stuff on the tempo so just banged it out at 3:14s which felt sensible. Again for the sprints they were going much faster than me but I did start to reel them in and was consistently hitting 47-48 for the 3 and 31-32 for the 2 with some quicker times at the end. So overall, was a pretty good sesh and I was glad for the company.
