Re-running the sprint selection course from 2011. I knew the good routes, so just wanted to check how close I am to the time of Ádám Kovács back than. (15:35) So it is promising.

Was very surprised, how good this run felt. It was just easy. I dont know why. I enjoyed it all the way. Also the view was beautiful. I was happy with this training.

4 course with artifical barriers. Now I started with 2:30 mostly uphill running, and after these, the courses. I felt really week, but not slow. I think I was not too well prepared for this training (I was eating very few before). All in all it went well, but felt bad.

Wednesday race, with some artifical barriers. It was a good surprise, because there were not a lot barriers but still good course. With air SI it could have been under 15:30 easily. There were some not really readable parts, and I had some routechoice misses.

Courses with artifical fences, mostly on Gellért-hill, and in the end Tabán as well. The two main courses started with a 4 minutes uphill, that felt really bad, but I enjoyed running and orienteering against Misi. After these we slowed down a bit.
