Budapest Knockout Sprint Championships Quarter Final
Started pushing in the beginning to punch always first. After a the fourth control Gábor Józsa overtook me, and in the control gathering area, I was following him untill, he chose badly. I came in first, and he missed 2 controls.

Budapest Knockout Sprint Championships Semifinal
Made a 25 sec mistake in the second loop. I was orienteering from my remembrance not by the map. I fall back to 6th. But after 3 controls tok the lead again. But it took a lot of strength I did not wanted to use, only in the Final.

Budapest Knockout Sprint Championships Final
Took the lead in the beginning and kept it all the way till the end. I think I was a bit lucky with the gufflings, because whoever was fast had other one in the beginning, than me, so I could build up a gap easier.

I had time just for this. I wanted to feel some speed, so the last km was near 3:35 or semething. Felt good.

Some course on Gellért-hill, I had no lust to run it fast, and alsó not for running long. Was a bit deconcentrated as well. I just wanted to do some restful training.

3 sprint courses on Gellért-hill, started with 700m long uphill with 80m elevation (between 4:02-4:08), and then the sprint courses. I only felt strong in the last one. Tired.

From Spari to Széchenyi-hill. There is a 1km long taft uphill within the 4km long uphill part. I tried to keep an easy running feeling, and succeded in the uphill part, but after turning back it was really taft to keep 5min/km pace. I felt pain near my left shoulder. (Sometimes I am feeling it, maybe it is the consequence of eating too close to the training? ). In the last 2 km-s it was good again. I think I am a bit tired.

3 times 10 minutes of fartlek in the Buda Castle on a circle that is good for sprint specific trainings. The circle is 1,1km long. In the end two circles fast all the way. It was 8:20.
Starting to feel fast :)
