Up and down, and between the courses.

Sprint Orienteering 24:30 [4] 5.0 km (4:54 / km) +100m 4:27 / km

1 downhill on Gellért-hill, the others in Tabán.

Sprint Orienteering 35:00 [4] 6.5 km (5:23 / km) +50m 5:11 / km

One course in the Castle of Buda, the other 4 in Tabán.
Went well, some mistakes though.

Running Hard Surface 47:19 [4] 12.0 km (3:57 / km) +12m 3:55 / km

Wanted to run something faster, but without too big effort. Felt good, the legs were working well, but the lungs/heart could be better.
To Margaret-Island, one lap and back. That one lap was a bit faster (3:48).
