Headed into the woods, mostly on trails. Trying to get the heartrate up a bit before heading out.

O-intervals on a course with many controls. Ran 4 legs hard then one relaxed through the whole thing. Went very well, managed to get my legs moving, the heartrate high and very solid navigation. Finally getting the hang out running hard and navigating well :)
