A faster run today, just because I felt good. It was nice, I explored a new area that I had never been in before. I look forward to doing something similar again!

A local spring race. It was short, which made it even faster. The hardest part of this course was keeping the pace high and having control over my position. It was a solid race!

Finally my knee feels better after the long race, I wanted to be really sure that I wouldn't be digging myself into a whole by working it too hard. I felt fine, so there isn't anything to worry about!
