Orienteering (Long) 1:20:35 [3] **** 9.95 km (8:06 / km) +682m 6:02 / km
ahr:156 max:176 22c

A long and tought technical course, lots of hills and swamps to get through. Technically the course went pretty well, I felt like I made smart route choices and was able to avoid the worst terrain when it was advantageous. I feel like I could have run a bit harder, but then again I feel really tired post-training. It was a good training and a chellenging course.

Orienteering race (Night) 30:47 [3] *** 3.97 km (7:45 / km) +352m 5:22 / km
ahr:163 max:183

Pretty decent race, the darkness and rain made it very difficult to see the map and the terrain, but I managed to navigate well if I took my time instead of making rash decisions. I managed to focus throughout the whole race, but it was a pretty short course so that might not mean much. A few compass mistakes but overall a pretty solid race.

Run 51:03 [2] 7.71 km (6:37 / km) +267m 5:39 / km
ahr:136 max:178

Relaxed run with the dog. Felt pretty tired going out, but I figured it was better to move a bit than stay at home. I got some nice strength training in too, Lily wasn't going to let herself jog willingly.

Run (Long) 1:16:43 [3] 10.12 km (7:35 / km) +676m 5:41 / km
ahr:135 max:161

Long run in the dark and rain. It was alright, nothing really all that special. Nice to socialize but the weather didn't make the jog any more enjoyable.

Run intervals 51:58 [4] 9.34 km (5:34 / km) +87m 5:19 / km
ahr:157 max:188

Interval training, pretty solid physically but the organization was pretty crappy. We didn't know what interval we were running so we ended up doing way more before taking a longer break. It was also pretty crowded and the competition was pretty lackluster. Still pretty good physically though!
