Orienteering race 16:36 [4] *** 3.04 km (5:27 / km) +13m 5:21 / km
ahr:166 max:180 (sick)

Sick today, tried my best to run. I felt fine while running, and didn't do so bad either. But I wasn't feeling good, so I gotta take the next few days off.

Orienteering race (Long) 1:13:31 [3] *** 13.48 km (5:27 / km) +115m 5:14 / km
ahr:168 max:184 spiked:24/28c

Long race, went alright. I didn't make too many mistakes, but I lost focus towards the end of the race and I was starting to cramp up. I found the technical aspect of the course to be quite easy, but it was such a long course that I couldn't keep it up the whole way through. I'm still pretty happy with it though, my pace was high (for me at least) and I wasn't making too many mistakes. Overall, I'm pleased.

Orienteering race 34:51 [4] **** 6.29 km (5:32 / km) +49m 5:20 / km
ahr:177 max:193 spiked:15/21c

A very solid race! I had a couple of mistakes, notably to the first two controls. Aside from those, I felt that I had a very good grasp of the technical aspects of the orienteering. I was also able to run fast, the terrain allowed for it and I was able to push myself the whole way through the course. I am very happy overall, some small kinks to work out but still a great race!

Orienteering race (Sprint) 17:58 [3] **** 3.79 km (4:45 / km) +21m 4:37 / km
ahr:178 max:191 23c

A mostly technical sprint race, and pretty challenging at that. The terrain was perfect for sprint, lots of small alleyways and difficult legs made it a sprint race all about route choice and less about speed. This worked out well for me, the course played to my strengths. However, after a long day of travel (three planes to get out of Norway) I was not really up for the challenge. I was sleepy, I had a headache and I was malnourished. Still, I'm pretty happy with my performance, and I felt that I was able to push all the negativity aside and focus on that task at hand.
