Checking out the terrain close to 10mila. Took it easy, mostly paying attention to the terrain and the map. I was surprised by how varied the vegetation was, green at one place was completely different at another place. Same with white. There are also a lot of details that made it difficult to reorient if I lose control. It’ll be fun to see what the terrain will be like tomorrow, I’m excited!

Very short technical intervals. The courses were for beginners, so they were very short and on paths. I took them as intervals, and ran en extra loop around the lake. It was a good training, I was happy with my pace and the fact that I was able to focus on the admittedly easy courses. Good physical training!

Took the dog for a run. which did not make it a very consistent run. Either she wasn't used to running or she was tired, but she wanted lots of breaks and didn't want to run very fast. At one point she growled at me for wanting to run up a hill, so I figured I should take it easy for her. At one point I found a stick for her to play with. and suddendly she had lots of energy to run. Either way, I'll probably go alone next time.
