Orienteering race (Sprint) 15:32 [4] **** 3.33 km (4:40 / km)

JWOC Sprint, decent race with few mistakes. I felt pretty good for most of it, but I struggled with reading the map while running at a fast pace. Overall, I'm decently happy with it but I know it could have been better.

Orienteering 40:01 [1] *** 3.86 km (10:22 / km) +98m 9:12 / km

A very slow training in the woods, long and relay relavant terrain. Did some legs at race-pace, have to make sure to read below the rides on the day of the race. Looking good otherwise!

Orienteering (Sprint) 17:45 [4] **** 3.92 km (4:31 / km) +11m 4:28 / km

A faster sprint training, nice to move my legs but I felt that running wasn't as easy as I would have liked it to feel. Technically the training went well though, I just have to make sure to get into the correct mindset before I head out into the race this sunday.

Orienteering 51:14 [4] *** 7.32 km (7:00 / km) +178m 6:15 / km

A middle distance course in terrain I've run in before. Everything went really well, I made minimal mistakes and I was able to run pretty fast.

Orienteering (Sprint) 15:27 [4] * 3.32 km (4:39 / km) +4m 4:38 / km

An easy sprint course, one that I've run earlier. I ran harder and faster than I had intended, but I didn't get tired at the end of it. I made two mistakes, entirely because I was overly confident in my orienteering. I was able to run well though, and in the areas that were technically challenging I was spot on with my navigation.
