The JWOC Relay! The final result wasn't has good as we had hoped for, but my race went really well! I had a really good start, I started right behind the women's mass start, so I was running with a good pack. I only made one, maybe two, small mistakes. It was a good race!

JWOC Middle final, a good race. I felt really speedy and accurate in my navigation almost the whole way through. I messed up bigtime on control 10, I didn't have map contact as I started climbing up and I should have checked my compass. I think a big part of it was getting caught up in the runners around me instead of focusing on my own race.

JWOC Middle Quali, the race was pretty good. I had very few mistakes, a few baubles here and there but nothing severe. I would like to have done fewer of those, becuase I think they added up a but more than I felt they did while I was out there. I also need to work on my physical ability, and my ability to read the map while running at a high pace. Overall, I am happy with my performace today but the path forward is clear!

Light jog through the middle model event, slightly surprised by the visibility not being as good as I had imagined but I'm confident that I can adjust and have a solid race tomorrow.

JWOC Long. I was not physically prepared for this race, running that distance while also running uphill for a good chunk of the course took a lot out of me. The technical and mental aspects of the race were good however, I only made one (pretty big) mistake and I didn't let the pressure get to me.
