Run warm up/down 17:09 [2] 2.18 km (7:52 / km) +116m 6:13 / km
ahr:134 max:151

Orienteering race (Relay) 33:30 [4] **** 4.82 km (6:57 / km) +202m 5:44 / km

The second leg of a relay. I wasn't in a big pack or anything, so I had to navigate by myself. I had a few bad compass bearings that cost me a bit of time, but nothing major that I can really kick myself over. Overall, pretty decent but nothing spectacular.

ahr:107 max:126

Orienteering race (Sprint) 9:07 [3] * 2.3 km (3:58 / km) +5m 3:55 / km

Super easy sprint race, kinda boring. Nothing special to be honest. It was the qualifier for the semi-final, so I wasn't pushing very hard. Just kinda boring.

Run 16:37 [3] 0.91 km (18:14 / km)

Run warm up/down 24:00 [2] 2.92 km (8:14 / km)

Orienteering race (Sprint) 9:11 [4] ** 2.23 km (4:07 / km)

Second race, this one was the "runner's choice" section. Choosing my forking was easy, I focused on finding the easiest course to navigate through and then spent the rest of the time memorizing it. Unforunately, the course wasn't very challenging and the runner's choice didn't do anything to seperate the mass start. I also slid and fell, so I was hobbling through most of the course with a ripped up map. Fun times :)

Run warm up/down 22:11 [1] 3.72 km (5:58 / km) +2m 5:57 / km
ahr:134 max:161

Orienteering race (Sprint) 14:01 [4] ** 3.63 km (3:52 / km) +2m 3:51 / km

Sprint race, nothing super special. Can't identify any technical errors, but the long stretches of running made it difficult to keep up with the fastest runners. Can't complain too much about what I managed to do, but it would have been nice to be in better shape :(

Run 56:43 [2] 8.28 km (6:51 / km) +206m 6:06 / km

Just a pretty chill jog, just getting out and moving my legs a bit. I felt pretty good and was able to up the pace a tiny but towards the end because I was having a good time!
