O-intervals on a course with many controls. Ran 4 legs hard then one relaxed through the whole thing. Went very well, managed to get my legs moving, the heartrate high and very solid navigation. Finally getting the hang out running hard and navigating well :)

My race went pretty well, aside from a mistake on the second control that I didn't recover from quickly enough. I didn't trust my gut and wasn't thinking straight. This was the only big mistake of the race, the rest of it went really quickly, this was the first time in a while that I pushed myself very hard. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with how the race went :)
