Challenging middle distance training. Very detailed map combined with snow on the ground made it challenging to navigate. Had to rely on my compass and reading contours.

Very challenging sprint training! Mostly because I didn't run with any sort of light to see the map and it's icy outside. But still, I was able to run well and spike the vast majority of the controls. Had some difficulty reading ahead but that was due to the lack of light.
