Finally some orienteering in this nice weather! Wanted to run hard for this training, which I can say that I did. I made a few bobbles here and there, especially control 13, but for the most part it was a really solid performance! Can certainly tell that I need to put more emphasis on strength training, those inclines at the end of the course made me hurt!

The controls 22 and 23 on the GPS track are pretty rocky, was further west for both and actually punched.

A short session doing some exercieses. Not super tough or long, but the plan is to add these in after every not-intense run.

"Pyramid" intervals. 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,3,3,2,2,1,1 minutes running with half the time in between as a break. Tried to make sure that I started out slowly enough to complete the entire session well, and I think I succeeded. My legs hurt a bunch, so it was a good workout!

A pretty relaxed run, managed to get out after the rain stopped for a run in the dark. Feels nice to see a pace I would have considered too fast for a relaxed run to now be well into the relaxed range :)

I went skiing. It was okay. Sometimes it was awful, sometimes it was pleasant. Not much of a high intensity training but it was good to use new muscles

Some pretty light strength training. Focused on core and legs. Managed to wear my arms out after a couple of pushups :(
