Was planning on running longer, but my legs hurt too much after the race yesterday. Just went for 45min and felt pretty good for most of it, so long run tomorrow!

Super disappointing race. Was promised a mass start in the dark with challenging terrain on a new map, received a short trip into the woods and a sprint race. Of course I ran with metal studed shoes, so my calves are currently in lots of pain. Didn't get the technical or physical challenge I signed up for.

Up and out way earlier than I'm used to, but it's good to get out and do some light jogging. Legs feel better after the stretching and massaging I did yesterday, so I gotta keep that up.

Up and out for a long run, legs are still pretty sore from the sprint races last weekend. Still felt good to get out for a while longer than I had been in the last few days. Only need to do some stretching and massaging to make sure I can get rid of the soreness for good.
