Had first indoor track meet of the season, i ran the 1000m in 2:44, came 2nd and then ran a leg in the 4x400m in 55sec, we won by 1 sec. i felt great, my mouth was a little dry from the dry air, but other than that, everything was great.

Ran 8 miles in 50 minutes, felt pretty good at end, looking forward to tomorrows race.

Ran 22x200m around an indoor track, ran 12 with 30 sec rest, averaged 29seconds. Took 3min break, ran 8 more, averaged 32 seconds. took 3min break, ran 4 more averaging 33 seconds. then ran stairs, and jogged down 1 mile outside. felt a little tired, but not to sore.
