Went to RCC, but they had a fair, so we ran in the hallways for awhile, then went back and ran around the school and jogged around. Not a hard practice.

Felt really tired from the last three days of races. I jogged 1/2 mile, ran some short 50m sprints, and then just jogged.

I went orienteering in Tenafly, it was really fun, but i felt a little rusty, and was wondering around a bit in the middle part of the course. I need to work more on focusing on the map and knowing my exact placement on it.
