Ran around the fellowship with my dog, i felt good and did a few pickups.

jogged a mile, then ran 7x100m hills, sprinting. came back and ran 6 sets of stairs. felt ok at end of workout, but my legs feel like lead.

I went running around the Fellowship with Erin. I felt a lot better at the end of 5miles then i did the last time i ran that distance. I then ran three long hills, (felt completly wiped out) and then ran four hill sprints. A tiring workout, but i feel that im building up.

We had track practice, and I ran at RCC. I jogged 800m, then ran 4x400m averaging 64sec. I then worked on speed, and ran short sprints, and worked on baton handoffs with the rest of the team. I felt like i was getting sick, so i diden't want to push it too hard.

I went running with Erin around the Fellowship, making three loops. The first loop felt good, the second loop was harder, and the third loop was hell. I was really tired at the end, but i felt that my endurance was greatly increased for next time.
