Friday Feb 9

I jogged a mile, then i ran three long hills; my legs felt dead at then end. Then i ran 6 hill sprints up a 100m hill. I jogged down 3miles. I had to stop at the end and walk, because i pulled something in my hip.

Warmed up by jogging 1.5 miles, then ran 6x410m, averaging about 68 seconds. then i sprinted 4 hills, and ran one backwards. I felt really tired at the end of the workout.

Tuesday Feb 6

went running with my dog around the fellowship. Felt fine, except my calves and ankles hurt a little from yesterdays race. ran at almost race pace for about a mile.

Monday Feb 5

Ran the first leg of the DMR, i felt ok going out, staying near the back, but then I miscounted the laps and diden't pick up the pace when i was supposed to, losing the front pack. i was not very tired when i came in, so i ran another two races.

Ran an 800m race, i came in first in my heat in 2:05, however, i wish that i had raced in a faster heat so that i could be pushed.
Running intervals (Indoor Track) 26 [3]0.2 km (2:10 / km)
Raced a 200m as training.
