New year, same injury.
After a 30min run on the 1st I thought all was good with the foot, however that prank revealed itself the next day where clearly all wasn't good. Got back to the physio yesterday, she is still sure that it was a subluxation of the cuboid bone, however thinks that it could have done with another treatment in December to properly sort it (bad timing for her going to Colorado for a few weeks!). She did another manipulation, which defo felt more painful than previously but she was being quite aggressive, and an ultrasound. Going to go for a run in a few days to test it and go back to see her again.

Going to keep up the physio exercises, and when its time to come back to properly running (assuming all goes to plan...) then it'll be a case of staying away from steep ground and taking it all very carefully- really want to be able to run the British Nights!
